StickPax helps connect the commercial and production pieces of a dry-powder stick pack project. We work through the formula, material responsibilities, packaging and scope, and coordinate manufacturing with our production partner.
Some brands arrive with finished powder and printed film. Others have a concept and need help developing a formula. We start with what you have and make the next step clear.

You can bring your blend and packaging or get help with more of the project. We don’t need to turn every inquiry into a complete reformulation.

Our focus is dry powders in stick packs. If your serving, ingredient requirements or packaging need review, we’ll explain what needs to be resolved.

Who is StickPax a good fit for?
Growing beverage, wellness and supplement brands working on a dry-powder product. We support first-run planning as well as larger repeat orders, with the actual formula and packaging reviewed for fit.
Where does development and production happen?
EnviroStar, our formulation and manufacturing partner in Minnesota, carries out that work. StickPax manages the brand and project side and stays your main point of contact. Confirm receiving instructions with us before shipping any samples or materials.
Can I keep ownership of a formula you develop?
Yes. You own the completed formula, including its flavor system, under the agreed development scope. You are not required to use StickPax for production after development.
Can I start with fewer than 7,500 sticks?
Yes, smaller runs can be reviewed for a custom quote. Our online estimates start at 7,500 total sticks across the order, with the SKU split confirmed during project review.
