It estimates tolling only: blending, filling/sealing and retail packout for one formula or flavor, with customer-supplied ingredients and packaging. Choose any whole-number quantity from 7,500 to 100,000 and a fill weight from 1 to 12 g. Powder analysis, samples, formulation, sourcing, testing, shipping, and taxes are excluded. Displayed prices are rounded estimates. Your final quote confirms the complete scope.

Runs above 25,000 move from starter tolling pricing to volume rates, lowering your production cost per stick. At your selected 8 g fill, tolling is estimated at $13,713 for 25,000 sticks and $12,256 for 30,000 sticks. Further rate reductions apply at 50,000 and 100,000 sticks. The larger order has a lower unit cost; its total also depends on quantity, materials, and additional services.

Yes. You can supply both, or supply your ingredients and have StickPax coordinate packaging. We confirm your formula, film specifications, packaging compatibility, and required material quantities before production. Check specifications with us before ordering film or shipping materials.

For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Packaging sourcing and formulation, including its sample development, remain available for smaller runs. These are separate from tolling. The number of ingredients alone is not enough to price a blend reliably. A finished, suitable formula does not automatically need a formulation project.

Powder analysis assesses how your powder behaves in production, and blank-stick samples let you review the filled product. Analysis is for customer-supplied blends and is excluded from the tolling-only calculator. It is not included when we source ingredients and packaging. You can add it separately, but you must supply the blend or ingredients needed for analysis. Formulation develops or changes the recipe and is separately quoted, with up to six sample-and-feedback rounds in the agreed scope. Your quote defines additional testing and revisions.

Yes. You own 100% of the completed formula, including the flavor system. The formulation deliverable includes the final formula and supporting bench documentation. You are not locked into using StickPax for production.

The calculator lets you compare fill weights from 1 through 12 g, starting at 8 g. Share your target grams per stick and formula for other fills. Actual pricing and feasibility depend on fill weight, powder density, flow, and stick dimensions. We confirm the fit before quoting production.

We confirm a schedule for your specific project after reviewing the formula, packaging, material availability, and production capacity. Development, artwork approval, material delivery, and sample approval can all affect timing. Tell us your target launch date so we can plan around it.
