Start a powder stick pack project by defining the product use, finished serving weight, total quantity, flavor count and supply responsibilities. If the formula is not ready, start with development. If it is ready, review material suitability and build an itemized production scope.
Describe the experience before the ingredient list.
What should the customer do with the stick? Mix it into cold water, add it to coffee or stir it into a drink? What should it taste and feel like? Those details help identify the questions a formula needs to answer.
For protein or collagen concepts, “grams of protein” and “grams of finished powder” may be different. For coffee, preparation temperature matters. For greens, particle size and settling may matter to the experience. A category name alone does not settle those details.
Be honest about formula readiness.
We hear from brands with a tested blend, a draft recipe and an idea on a page. Each is a valid starting point. They simply need different work.
If you have a formula, include amounts and ingredient grades. If you do not, describe the goal and what is still open. Development and flavor work can then be scoped separately from a manufacturing estimate.
Turn the launch into quantities.
Choose a total stick count, then split it by SKU. Think through the retail format as well. A 15,000-stick order split equally into three flavors is 5,000 sticks per flavor; it is not 15,000 per flavor.
The calculator uses total order quantity and adds $400 for each SKU after the first. That fee does not automatically include separate formulation or powder-analysis work for every flavor. Confirm those development scopes.
List the components you already control.
Do you have ingredients, a finished blend, suitable printed film, retail pouches or only artwork? “Packaging ready” can mean several very different things.
We offer customer-supplied components or packaging support, with ingredient sourcing available by separate quote at 25,000+ total sticks. For smaller runs, you supply all production ingredients and flavors. Powder analysis remains a separate optional service requiring a blend or ingredients supplied for the evaluation.
