Manufacturing, including additional manufacturing SKU fees: typically 50% upfront and 50% at shipping. Ingredients and packaging purchased by StickPax: 100% upfront before purchasing. Production ingredient sourcing is available only at 25,000+ total sticks. Formulation: $3,500 for one agreed formula / flavor, payable 100% upfront after scope confirmation, before development begins. This term applies to formulation only. Powder analysis: $750 for one blend, payable 100% upfront before evaluation. Final invoices confirm the actual amounts and payment schedule. Downloading an estimate does not place an order, collect payment, or reserve production.

Base tolling covers blending, stick filling and sealing, and retail packout labor for your total stick quantity. The first SKU or flavor is included; each additional one adds $400. Ingredients and packaging materials are separate. Select the services and supply option that fit your project to see an itemized estimate.

Powder analysis is for customer-supplied blends. It is not included when StickPax sources ingredients and packaging. You can select the $750 analysis and blank-stick sample option separately, but you must supply the blend or ingredients needed for analysis. The allowance covers one evaluation round and preproduction samples in unprinted sticks. It is separate from formulation taste-sample development and does not include a full laboratory testing panel. We confirm the required evaluation and testing scope before production.

Select StickPax-supplied packaging to include film allowances and optional retail packaging materials. These allowances include a 10% buffer; final cost depends on specifications and purchasing requirements. For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements.

The quantity and grams of powder per stick affect the manufacturing estimate. Starter pricing runs through 25,000 sticks, and volume pricing begins above 25,000, with further manufacturing discounts at 50,000 and 100,000. Compare the same fill and service scope when evaluating prices.

Yes, smaller runs can be reviewed for a custom quote. This calculator covers 7,500–100,000 individual sticks at 1–12 g. For a different quantity or fill, email hello@stickpax.com with your product and run details so we can assess fit and pricing.

Enter the total sticks across all SKUs or flavors and choose the number of SKUs / flavors. The first is included; each additional one adds $400. For example, 10,000 sticks and 2 flavors means 10,000 total sticks plus $400, not 10,000 per flavor. This estimate uses the same selected fill weight for all SKUs. Confirm the split, packaging and any different fill weights with us. The formulation fee and powder-analysis allowance each cover one formula or blend; additional development or analysis is quoted separately.
