No. We can start from a product brief and discuss formulation. If you already have a complete suitable formula or a finished blend, we can focus on manufacturing and packaging instead.

No. That is the fill-weight range of the online calculator. Actual fit depends on powder volume, density, flow and packaging dimensions. Other serving weights need a custom review.

No. It means 10,000 total sticks split across the two flavors. The first SKU / flavor is included; each additional one adds $400. Confirm the exact split for each SKU with us.

The website tolling estimate includes blending, filling / sealing and agreed retail packout labor. Ingredients, printed film and retail packaging materials are separate, along with unselected development, analysis, testing, freight and taxes.

Volume pricing starts above 25,000 sticks. The featured next-size shortcut is 30,000. Further manufacturing rate reductions apply at 50,000 and 100,000. Compare the same fill weight and scope when comparing unit prices.

Ingredient forms, grades, doses, flavor systems and supplier minimums change the cost. A category or ingredient count alone cannot produce a reliable final budget. You can select StickPax-supplied packaging in the full quote calculator. Film and optional retail packaging use directional allowances with a 10% buffer. Final specifications and purchasing requirements can change the price.

Powder analysis is an optional service for a blend or ingredients you supply for evaluation. The $750 allowance includes one evaluation round and blank-stick preproduction samples for one blend. It is separate from formulation and a laboratory testing panel.

No. Sourcing ingredients and packaging does not include powder analysis. You can select it separately, but you still need to supply the blend or ingredients needed for that analysis.

The online $3,500 allowance covers one formula / flavor, with physical taste samples and up to six sample-and-feedback rounds within the agreed scope. You receive the completed formula and supporting bench documentation. Additional formulas, scope changes and production are separate.

Yes. You own the completed formula, including its flavor system, under the agreed development scope. You are not required to manufacture with StickPax afterward. That does not transfer rights to third-party patented ingredient technologies.

StickPax handles sales, marketing, brand development and project management. Our partner EnviroStar handles formulation and manufacturing in Minnesota. StickPax is your main point of contact and coordinates your brief, feedback and project updates with EnviroStar.

There is no third-party cGMP certificate for the EnviroStar facility. FDA registration and operation under 21 CFR Parts 111 and 117 are separate from third-party certification and do not establish FDA product approval or a specific NSF, UL, USP or sports certification. Share the exact documents or certifications your project requires.

A useful timeline depends on formula readiness, development or evaluation, material availability, artwork approval and scheduling. We confirm milestones for your project. An online estimate is not a reserved production date.

Those require evidence specific to your formula, packaging, intended use and testing plan. A manufacturing quote or blank-stick sample does not establish them.

We coordinate shipment requirements as part of the project. Freight and any fulfillment work must be scoped separately; retail packout does not automatically include individual consumer order fulfillment.
