Calculator and quote information
The manufacturing calculators send your selected quantity, fill weight and service options to our server to calculate an estimate. If you generate a PDF with project or contact details, those details are sent to the server to create that document. Generating a quote does not send it to our inbox or place an order.
Contacting us
When you send an inquiry, we save your name, email address, company, message, optional project details and calculator selections in our Hostinger database. We also save a reference number, source page, timestamp, a server-calculated estimate when applicable, and the status of the notification sent to hello@stickpax.com. A saved receipt confirms your inquiry is recorded; it does not confirm an order or production slot.
We use this information to respond and discuss your project. Access is restricted through our hosting account and database tools. Our hosting and authenticated email providers process information needed to operate these services. We use limited, hashed request identifiers and short-lived counters to reduce spam and duplicate submissions. We keep inquiry records as needed to manage the conversation and applicable business records; contact us about access, correction or deletion.
Packaging planner
The packaging planner calculates dimensions and generates its PDF in your browser. Planner inputs and requested sample counts are not sent to StickPax or Analytics. Reloading resets the plan. Copying specifications or preparing an email does not send a message; you choose whether to share it with us or a supplier. We measure planner engagement, PDF generation and contact clicks as separate actions without the specifications or email contents.
Browser storage
This website uses your browser tab’s session storage to remember whether you minimized the pricing bar and to carry selected quote options to the contact page. The quote handoff expires after 24 hours. Contact-form names, email addresses and message text are not saved by this handoff. Closing the tab normally clears session storage; browser restoration settings can affect that behavior.
The COGS calculator and guide checklists run in your browser. Their entries are not submitted to StickPax. Reloading those pages resets them.
Analytics and technical information
This site uses our existing Google Analytics property to measure page visits and selected actions, including saved inquiries. Analytics may use cookies and technical browser information. We do not send names, email addresses, inquiry text, quote details or inquiry reference numbers to Analytics. Clicking email or downloading an estimate is measured separately from a saved inquiry. Hosting and communication providers may process technical information needed to operate their services, such as network and request information. The data practices for any additional service will be reviewed before it is connected.
Project confidentiality
Share only what is needed for the conversation. If your formula requires a confidentiality agreement before disclosure, ask us to arrange the appropriate steps first. General website forms are not a substitute for that agreement.
