Estimates are directional
The calculators and downloadable PDFs help define a potential project. They are not invoices, accepted orders, reserved production slots or production authorizations. Final pricing and scope require review of the formula, specifications, materials, quantities and selected services.
What the calculator includes
The quote lists its selected production work and services. Quantity is the total sticks across all SKUs. The first SKU / flavor is included; additional ones add $400 each. A selected formulation service or powder-analysis allowance covers one formula or blend unless a reviewed quote states otherwise.
Manufacturing totals retain exact cents internally. Website totals display whole dollars, and per-stick prices display two decimals. Totals are not calculated by multiplying the rounded unit price.
Materials and exclusions
When you supply components, you supply the required ingredients, suitable stick film and agreed retail packaging. StickPax-supplied packaging amounts are allowances with a 10% buffer. Final dimensions, artwork, material minimums, format and SKU split can change the quote.
For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Standalone bulk blending requires customer-supplied ingredients. Formulation sample development is unchanged; packaging sourcing is available for smaller runs. An unpriced sourcing line is not a zero-cost ingredient commitment. Freight, taxes, additional laboratory testing and unselected services are excluded from the displayed priced subtotal.
Powder analysis and development
Optional powder analysis requires a customer-supplied blend or ingredients for the evaluation, including when StickPax sources production ingredients. It is not a laboratory testing panel or a shelf-life certification. Formulation is a separate development scope.
Readiness and final agreements
Material suitability, artwork, product specifications, required quality work and production readiness must be confirmed before scheduling and manufacturing. Project-specific quotes and agreements define the accepted commercial scope. Contact us if anything in the estimate conflicts with your intended project.
