Confirm the formula version, each ingredient’s amount and specification, and the flavor system. A label panel can help explain the product, but may not contain the complete manufacturing recipe.

You supply suitable ingredients, stick film and retail packaging. Powder analysis, blank-stick samples, formulation, sourcing, testing, freight and taxes are excluded. Configure your full quote to add SKUs / flavors at $400 for each one after the first. Your complete quote confirms the scope.

Is blending included in stick pack tolling?
Yes, blending is included within the agreed stick-pack manufacturing scope, along with filling, sealing, and agreed retail packout labor. The calculator assumes one formula or flavor and customer-supplied ingredients and packaging. Materials and additional services are separate.
Can you blend powder without putting it into sticks?
We can review a standalone bulk-blending request. You supply all ingredients and flavors. Send the complete formula, desired finished batch weight, specifications, and required container and closure. Feasibility, batch minimums, and pricing are confirmed for that project. The stick-pack calculator is not a bulk-blending quote.
What is the minimum batch size?
Bulk-blending minimums depend on the actual project and require a custom quote. For stick-pack manufacturing, online estimates start at 7,500 total sticks and cover 1–12 g fills. Smaller runs and other fill weights need a custom quote. The powder-weight calculation on this page is not a minimum batch size or an ingredient purchase quantity.
Can I supply the ingredients or use my existing supplier?
Yes. Share the exact ingredient or finished-blend specifications, available documentation, and quantities. We review the materials and confirm receiving instructions before you ship. For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Standalone bulk blending requires customer-supplied ingredients.
Do I need a complete formula?
Yes, to define a manufacturing blend we need ingredient amounts and specifications, including the flavor system and any premixes. An ingredient list or nutrition panel may leave out information needed to make the product. If the recipe still needs development, formulation is a separate service.
How do you price multiple flavors?
For stick-pack manufacturing, the quantity means total sticks across the order. The first formula or flavor is included; each additional SKU/flavor adds $400 in the full quote. Each blend’s recipe, quantity split, and materials still need confirmation. That fee does not cover developing another formula. Bulk-only multi-blend pricing is quoted separately.
Does blending include testing or powder analysis?
Product-specific checks and documentation are agreed in the project scope. The tolling estimate does not include a laboratory panel, shelf-life study, or regulatory review. Powder analysis is an optional, separately scoped evaluation with blank-stick samples, using blend or ingredients you supply.
How long does a blending project take?
Timing is confirmed around your formula, batch size, material readiness, required checks, and production schedule. Tell us the target date and what is already available so we can review a realistic plan.
Who handles the manufacturing?
