01 / WHAT’S IN THE CUP?

A familiar favorite.
Or something of your own.

We review the actual powder and recipe. A category name starts the conversation; specifications define the work.

01 / COFFEE

Your coffee.
A single serving.

Instant coffee and coffee-based powder blends, ready to review for stick filling. Share the exact base, particle form, and intended preparation.

Start with: coffee character, serving weight, and how it’s mixed.

02 / TEA

A different base.
The same attention.

Tea powders and tea-based drink concepts need their own brief. Define the actual tea ingredient, flavor direction, sweetness, and finished drink.

Start with: the tea specification and the cup you want to make.

03 / FUNCTIONAL BLENDS

More ingredients.
A complete recipe.

Adding fibers, proteins, flavors, or other ingredients changes the brief. We review the full blend, amounts, and preparation targets together.

Start with: every ingredient and its amount—not just the product name.

This offering is for dry powders and related dry ingredient blends. Ready-to-drink liquid filling is outside the scope.

02 / DESIGN THE DRINKING EXPERIENCE

Hot. Iced.
Let’s get specific.

The recipe should be developed around how people will use it. Explore the preparation you have in mind.

HOT / THE PRODUCT BRIEF

Start with the cup they’ll actually make.

Describe the complete routine: the liquid, how much, how hot, and how someone mixes it. That gives development a useful target.

A USEFUL WAY TO DESCRIBE IT

Mix one serving into [volume] of [liquid] at [temperature], using [mixing method].

Discuss this direction
01The preparation
Hot water, milk, or another liquid? Specify the volume and intended temperature rather than just saying “one cup.”
02The drinking experience
Describe the coffee or tea character, sweetness, body, and aftertaste. Tell us what a good result should feel like.
03The complete formula
Include the actual base powder and any added ingredients. Suitability needs review in the intended preparation conditions.
ICED / THE PRODUCT BRIEF

An iced drink starts with a clear mixing brief.

Mixing directly into cold liquid and mixing warm before pouring over ice are different preparation instructions. Tell us which experience you want.

A USEFUL WAY TO DESCRIBE IT

Mix one serving into [volume] of [cold liquid / warm liquid first], then add [ice and remaining liquid].

Discuss this direction
01The mixing route
Directly into cold liquid, or dissolved warm first? A spoon, shaker, or frother? Make the intended method explicit.
02The finished drink
Define the liquid volume and ice use, along with the target sweetness and intensity in the finished drink.
03The evaluation
Describe acceptable texture, settling, and mixing time. Cold preparation needs evaluation with the actual formula.
HOT & ICED / THE PRODUCT BRIEF

One product. Two experiences to work through.

If both preparations belong on the pack, both belong in the brief. We need to understand the desired result for each.

A USEFUL WAY TO DESCRIBE IT

Hot: [liquid, volume, temperature, method]. Iced: [liquid, volume, ice, method].

Discuss this direction
01Two clear methods
Write a proposed preparation method for hot and iced use. They don’t have to use identical liquid volumes or mixing steps.
02Specific feedback
Describe taste, sweetness, body, and mixing behavior separately for each preparation during development.
03An agreed scope
Confirm what will be developed and evaluated before finalizing the recipe or printing preparation instructions.

This choice updates your inquiry prompts only. It does not change the price, add services, or confirm mixing performance.

03 / TWO WAYS TO START

Have the powder?
Or just the possibility?

01

Bring your finished blend.

You can keep your powder supplier and come to us for stick filling. Share the blend specifications, fill weight, flavor split, and packaging plan so we can review the actual project.

  • Your existing coffee or beverage powder
  • Your ingredients below 25,000 sticks; separately quoted ingredient sourcing at 25,000+. Packaging support at any online run size.
  • Optional evaluation with materials you supply

02

Build your own formula.

Start with the person who will drink it and the experience you want them to have. We can scope formulation and flavor development around that brief.

$3,500per formula / flavor for one agreed scope

100% upfront after scope confirmation. Generally 6–8 weeks once payment, the brief, and required materials are ready; complex blends and other project needs can take longer.

04 / PUT A BUDGET BEHIND THE DRINK

The filling price
is one part of the plan.

Start with transparent tolling. Then work through the materials and support your product needs.

05 / MAKE THE FIRST CONVERSATION USEFUL

Tell us what
a great cup means to you.

You don’t need every answer to start. Tell us what you have, what you want to make, and what is still undecided.

GET CLEAR BEFORE YOU START

Before your first run.

Who supplies the production ingredients?

For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Packaging sourcing and formulation sample development remain available for smaller runs.

What types of coffee and tea products can you review?

We review instant coffee, tea powders, and dry functional beverage blends for formulation, blending, and stick-pack production. Share the exact base powder, complete formula or product brief, and preparation instructions. Material suitability and the manufacturing scope are confirmed for the actual project.

Is this ready-to-drink coffee or liquid filling?

No. This offering covers dry powders and related dry ingredient blends in stick packs. The customer adds liquid when preparing the drink. Ready-to-drink liquid filling is outside this offering.

Can I bring a finished blend from my current supplier?

Yes. Share the blend specifications, intended preparation, grams per stick, total order quantity, and flavor split. We review suitability and packaging requirements before confirming the filling scope. You can keep your supplier and discuss stick filling with us.

Can you develop a custom coffee or functional beverage formula?

Yes, we can scope custom powder formulation around your product brief. The confirmed formulation offer is $3,500 per formula/flavor for one agreed scope, paid 100% upfront after scope confirmation. The full process generally takes 6–8 weeks once payment, the brief, and required materials are ready. Complex blends, material availability, and feedback can extend it. Manufacturing and materials are separate.

Will the powder dissolve instantly in hot and cold water?

That needs evaluation with the actual formula and preparation method. Tell us the liquid, volume, temperature, and mixing method you want customers to use, along with acceptable texture and settling. An online filling price does not confirm dissolving or mixing performance.

What is the minimum order?

The online calculator starts at 7,500 total sticks. Smaller quantities can be discussed through a custom quote. Flavor splits, film requirements, and material purchasing minimums are reviewed separately. The calculator covers 1–12 g fills; other fills also need a custom review.

Is 8 g the right serving size for my coffee?

The default 8 g is a pricing reference, not a recommended serving. Use the weight of your complete blend, including the base, flavor, sweeteners, and other ingredients. The recipe and powder properties determine the serving and packaging requirements.

Does the calculator include coffee, flavor, and printed packaging?

No. It shows tolling labor for blending, filling, sealing, and agreed retail packout, with one formula/flavor and customer-supplied ingredients and packaging. Ingredient and flavor costs depend on the actual formula. Packaging and optional services can be scoped in the full quote. Testing, freight, and taxes are outside the tolling estimate.

Can I order multiple flavors?

Yes, share the total quantity and the split for each flavor. Each manufacturing SKU/flavor after the first adds $400 in the full quote. That does not pay for developing another formula. Film requirements, material purchases, and per-flavor production quantities still need confirmation. A 15,000-stick order across two flavors means 15,000 total sticks, not 15,000 per flavor.

Can I get samples in blank sticks before production?

Optional powder analysis includes evaluation and blank-stick samples using a blend or ingredients you supply. It is separate from formulation taste samples, ingredient sourcing, and production. It does not automatically come with sourcing or packaging, and it is not a full laboratory-testing or stability-study package.

Who handles the manufacturing?

StickPax coordinates manufacturing through our partner EnviroStar. The actual formula, materials, packaging, and production requirements are reviewed and agreed before the run.
