What does this estimate include?
Blending, filling/sealing and retail packout for one formula or flavor at your selected 8 g fill. Estimate any quantity from 7,500 to 100,000 sticks; volume pricing begins above 25,000. You supply suitable ingredients, stick film and retail packaging. Powder analysis, blank-stick samples, formulation, sourcing, testing, freight and taxes are excluded. Configure your full quote to add SKUs / flavors at $400 for each one after the first. Your complete quote confirms the scope.

Below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. Ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote at 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. What does the $750 powder-analysis service include?
It covers one customer-supplied blend, one agreed evaluation round, and preproduction samples in blank sticks. Additional blends, further evaluation rounds, formulation, laboratory testing, and manufacturing require a separate scope. We confirm the material quantity, timing, and deliverables before work begins.
Is powder analysis required before I manufacture?
It is an optional, separately scoped service. We discuss whether it is useful for your supplied blend and project. It is not automatically added to a manufacturing quote, ingredient sourcing, or packaging.
Who supplies the powder if StickPax will source my production ingredients?
You still supply the blend or ingredients needed for analysis. Future ingredient sourcing does not include powder analysis or provide the evaluation materials automatically. Confirm the materials with us before shipping.
How much powder do I send, and where do I ship it?
Contact us first. The material quantity, blend identification, receiving instructions, and delivery address are confirmed for your specific evaluation. Please do not ship materials until those details are agreed.
How long does powder analysis take?
We confirm the timeline for your evaluation after reviewing the scope and required materials. Material readiness and project-specific requirements can affect timing. The 6–8 week guidance for custom formulation is a different service and is not a powder-analysis lead-time promise.
Are the samples printed or ready for retail?
No. These are preproduction samples in blank sticks. Printed film, retail packaging, finished production quantities, and the full manufacturing run are separately scoped.
Does this include flavor development, lab testing, or shelf-life validation?
No. Powder analysis is separate from custom formulation and flavor development, a laboratory testing panel, and a stability study. Samples are not proof of shelf life, regulatory compliance, or guaranteed production performance. Share any testing or retailer requirements so the appropriate work can be discussed separately.
Does one analysis cover multiple flavors?
The $750 service covers one blend and one evaluation round. Different flavors or blends may need separate evaluation scopes. The $400 additional manufacturing SKU/flavor fee does not cover another powder analysis.
Can I add analysis to a manufacturing quote?
Yes. The manufacturing calculator on this page is tolling only and does not include the $750 analysis fee. Open Configure full quote and explicitly select powder analysis if you want it included. The evaluation still requires materials you supply, and the project scope must be confirmed.
