Can you fill electrolyte powder made by my current manufacturer?+
Yes. You can supply finished bulk powder for stick filling. Share the blend specification, fill weight, total quantity and flavor split so we can review suitability and scope the work. You don’t have to move ingredient sourcing just to explore stick packs.
What is the minimum order for electrolyte stick packs?+
The online calculator starts at 7,500 total sticks. Smaller runs may be possible with a custom quote. Printed-film requirements and the split across flavors also need to be scoped; the calculator’s total is not a separate minimum for each flavor.
Does the price include ingredients and printed stick film?+
The calculator on this page shows tolling only. You supply ingredients, stick film and retail packaging. Configure the full quote to select packaging and additional services. Ingredients and flavor are priced separately from the actual formula. Testing, freight and taxes are outside the displayed tolling estimate.
Can I split an order across flavors?+
Yes, tell us the quantity for each flavor. The calculator uses the total sticks across the run: 10,000 sticks and two flavors means 10,000 total, not 10,000 of each. Each SKU or flavor after the first adds $400 in the full quote. Film minimums and the production split still need to be confirmed for your project; mixed-flavor retail packs require a separate review.
Can you develop my electrolyte formula?+
Yes. We can scope a custom powder formula and flavor around your brief. The current formulation allowance is $3,500 for one formula/flavor, with up to six sample and feedback rounds within the agreed scope. You own the completed formula, including its flavor system. Ingredients, production, packaging and any separate testing are additional.
When should I select powder analysis?+
Choose it when you want your supplied blend evaluated and sampled in blank sticks before a production run. The $750 allowance covers one blend and one evaluation round. You must supply the materials for the analysis, even if you want us to source ingredients for later production. Additional blends and laboratory testing are separate scopes.
What fill weight should I use for the estimate?+
Use the total weight of your finished blend per stick, including flavor and sweeteners. Select 1–12 g in the calculator. The default 8 g is only a pricing reference. If your formula or fill weight isn’t settled, start with an estimate and tell us what you’re developing; fills outside the online range need a custom quote.
Who manufactures the product, and what testing is included?+
StickPax coordinates manufacturing through our partner EnviroStar. Product-specific testing, certificates of analysis and documentation requirements should be agreed in your project scope. The online tolling price does not include a laboratory-testing panel, stability study or label review. Tell us your requirements before committing to the run.
