How our partnership worksWhat are you making?
Start with the basics. We can work out the details together.
You supply all production ingredients and flavors below 25,000 total sticks. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, StickPax ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Standalone bulk blending requires customer-supplied ingredients. Packaging sourcing and formulation remain available for smaller runs.
New production runs: Q1 2027 at the earliest, subject to readiness and a confirmed slot. Formulation likely takes 8–12 weeks after scope, payment and required materials are ready.

you might be wondering.
Do I need a finished formula before reaching out?
No. Tell us what you want to make and what you already have. Formulation is available as a separate development service. For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. If your blend is ready, we can focus on filling, packaging and getting it ready for a production run.
Can we talk about a run smaller than 7,500 sticks?
Yes. Our online calculator starts at 7,500 total sticks, but smaller runs can be reviewed for a custom quote. Send your product type, target quantity and fill weight if you know it. We’ll assess the fit before making a commitment.
Should I send my formula or ship a sample right away?
A short product description is enough to start. If you need an NDA, mention that before sharing a confidential formula. Please wait for confirmed sample quantities, receiving instructions and an address before shipping anything.
