Yes. Custom formulation is $3,500 per formula/flavor for one agreed scope, payable 100% upfront after scope confirmation and before development begins. The process generally takes 6–8 weeks once payment, the brief, and required materials are ready. Complex blends, material availability, and feedback can extend it. Ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing are separate costs.

Use the weight of the complete powder blend, including flavor, sweetener, and all other components. The calculator covers 1–12 g per stick. Its default 8 g is a pricing reference, not a recommended serving. Other fill weights require a custom review and quote.

No. Weight alone does not establish the powder's volume or the right stick dimensions. The actual blend, density, filling behavior, and sealing requirements need review. Confirm the stick and film specifications before printing packaging.

Describe the result you want, including liquid volume, preparation, texture, and acceptable settling. Those are targets to evaluate with the complete formula. A category name, ingredient specification, or online tolling estimate does not establish finished-product mixing or sensory performance.

A list can start the conversation, but amounts, grades, flavor components, and purchasing requirements are needed for a useful ingredient budget. Ingredient count alone is not a reliable cost estimate. We identify what remains unknown rather than treating unpriced ingredients as free.

For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Packaging sourcing is also available for smaller runs. Tell us the complete recipe, required specifications, run size, and materials you already have. Ingredient purchasing minimums, availability, and packaging requirements are separate from tolling.

Custom formulation includes physical taste samples and up to six sample-and-feedback rounds within the agreed scope. Optional powder analysis is separate: it evaluates a supplied blend and produces blank-stick samples using materials you provide. It is not automatically included with ingredient or packaging sourcing and does not replace laboratory testing or stability work.

Online estimates start at 7,500 total sticks; smaller runs can be discussed through a custom quote. Each manufacturing SKU/flavor after the first adds $400 in the full quote. Quantity is the total across the order. Per-flavor quantities, film requirements, and material purchasing minimums still need confirmation. Additional formula development is separate from the SKU fee.

No. Tell us any ingredient storage requirements, target shelf life, testing needs, and required documentation during the project review. Manufacturing pricing does not establish stability, verify a shelf-life claim, or approve a label or health claim. Those needs are separately scoped.

Tolling labor for blending, filling, sealing, and agreed retail packout, with one formula/flavor and customer-supplied ingredients and packaging. Ingredient and flavor costs, packaging materials, extra SKUs, and optional services are additional. Separately scoped testing, freight, and taxes are outside the tolling estimate.
