What does this estimate include?
Blending, filling/sealing and retail packout for one formula or flavor at your selected 8 g fill. Estimate any quantity from 7,500 to 100,000 sticks; volume pricing begins above 25,000. You supply suitable ingredients, stick film and retail packaging. Powder analysis, blank-stick samples, formulation, sourcing, testing, freight and taxes are excluded. Configure your full quote to add SKUs / flavors at $400 for each one after the first. Your complete quote confirms the scope.

Can you manufacture my existing pre-workout or energy powder?
We review dry-powder formulas for blending and stick-pack production. Share the complete recipe, ingredient identities, grades, amounts, serving weight, and intended preparation. The actual materials, packaging, and manufacturing scope need review before the run is confirmed.
Can I use powder from another supplier?
Yes, we can review a customer-supplied finished blend for filling. Tell us whether you have finished powder or separate ingredients and provide the specifications available. Confirm receiving requirements before shipping materials.
What if my serving weighs more than 12 g?
Request a custom review using the actual complete powder weight. The online calculator covers 1–12 g per stick; entering a smaller fill does not price a heavier serving. We need to discuss the appropriate format and manufacturing scope.
What is the minimum order?
Online estimates start at 7,500 total sticks. Smaller runs can be discussed through a custom quote. Per-flavor quantities, film requirements, and material purchasing minimums are confirmed separately.
Can I split a run across flavors?
Yes. The selected quantity is the total across the order. Each manufacturing SKU/flavor after the first adds $400 in the full quote. Share the quantity and complete recipe for each flavor. The additional-SKU fee does not cover developing another formula or flavor.
How much does custom formulation cost?
The formulation fee is $3,500 per formula/flavor for one agreed development scope, payable 100% upfront after scope confirmation and before development begins. The process generally takes 6–8 weeks once payment, the brief, and required materials are ready. Complex blends, material availability, and feedback can extend it. Production ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing are separate.
Can I get samples before production?
Custom formulation includes physical taste samples and up to six sample-and-feedback rounds within the agreed scope. Optional powder analysis is separate: it evaluates a blend and produces blank-stick samples using materials you supply. It is not automatically included with sourcing or packaging, and it does not replace laboratory testing or stability work.
Can you source ingredients and packaging?
For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Packaging coordination remains available for smaller runs. Ingredient costs depend on the complete formula, specifications, purchasing minimums, and availability. Confirm the stick and film requirements before printing packaging.
Can I request a bulk blend instead of stick packs?
Yes, send the formula, finished batch weight, and required packaging for a custom bulk-blending review. Bulk pricing and batch requirements are separate from this stick-count calculator.
Is sports or banned-substance certification included?
No specific sports or banned-substance certification is included in the online estimate. Tell us any required certification, testing, or documentation before choosing a manufacturing route so those requirements can be reviewed.
Does a manufacturing estimate approve my ingredients or claims?
No. The estimate prices a manufacturing scope. It does not approve an ingredient, dose, label, performance claim, or finished product. Identify any testing, labeling, or regulatory needs when discussing the project.
What does the calculator include?
Tolling labor for blending, filling, sealing, and agreed retail packout, with one formula/flavor and customer-supplied ingredients and packaging. Materials, additional SKUs, optional development or analysis, and separately scoped testing are additional. Freight and taxes are outside the tolling estimate.
Who handles manufacturing?
StickPax coordinates manufacturing through our partner EnviroStar. The formula, materials, packaging, and production requirements are reviewed and agreed before manufacturing.
