Who supplies the production ingredients?+
For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Packaging sourcing and formulation sample development remain available for smaller runs.
Can you manufacture protein and collagen stick packs?+
We review dry protein and collagen powders for formulation, blending, and stick-pack production. Share the actual ingredients, complete recipe or development brief, total serving weight, and intended preparation. The formula, powder properties, and packaging need review before the manufacturing scope is confirmed.
Are grams of protein the same as grams of powder?+
No. An ingredient's protein content and the other components in the recipe determine the relationship. The filling estimate needs the weight of the complete powder blend, including flavor, sweeteners, and other ingredients. It does not calculate or verify nutrition-label values.
Can I put a 25 g protein serving into the calculator?+
The online calculator covers 1–12 g of total powder per stick. A larger serving needs a custom review and quote. Do not enter 12 g to price a heavier serving. Tell us the complete serving weight so we can discuss a suitable format.
Is 8 g the recommended serving size?+
No. The calculator starts at 8 g as a pricing reference only. Your recipe defines the total powder weight. Select the actual fill when it falls within 1–12 g, or contact us for another fill weight.
Will my blend be clear, tasteless, or instantly soluble?+
Those are development and evaluation targets, not automatic features of a protein or collagen ingredient. The actual grade, complete formula, liquid, temperature, and mixing method need to be considered together. A tolling estimate does not establish those performance claims.
Can I bring a finished blend from another supplier?+
Yes. Share the blend specifications, serving weight, available documentation, and packaging plan. We can review customer-supplied powder for stick filling. Confirm the receiving requirements and manufacturing scope before shipping materials.
Can you develop the formula and source ingredients?+
Formulation and production sourcing are separate. Below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. Ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote at 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Custom formulation is $3,500 per formula/flavor for one agreed development scope, paid 100% upfront after scope confirmation. The process generally takes 6–8 weeks once payment, the brief, and required materials are ready; complex blends, material availability, and feedback can extend it. Ingredients and manufacturing are separate costs.
Can I get samples before a production run?+
Formulation includes physical taste samples and up to six sample-and-feedback rounds within the agreed scope. Optional powder analysis is a separate service for evaluating a blend and producing blank-stick samples with materials you supply. Analysis is not automatically included with sourcing or packaging, and it is not a full laboratory testing or stability package.
What is the minimum order, and can I split flavors?+
Online estimates start at 7,500 total sticks; smaller runs need a custom quote. Each manufacturing SKU/flavor after the first adds $400 in the full quote. Quantity means the total across flavors. Individual flavor quantities, film requirements, and material purchasing minimums still need confirmation. Developing another formula/flavor is separate from the manufacturing SKU fee.
Does the price include protein powder and printed packaging?+
The calculator shows tolling for blending, filling, sealing, and agreed retail packout with customer-supplied ingredients and packaging. Ingredient costs, packaging materials, and optional services are separate. Testing, freight, and taxes are outside the tolling estimate. Configure the full quote to identify the scope you need.
Does a 12 g blend always fit the same stick?+
No. Powder weight alone does not establish package volume or suitable dimensions. The actual blend, density, filling behavior, and sealing requirements need review. Confirm the stick and film specifications before committing to printed packaging.

StickPax coordinates manufacturing through our partner EnviroStar. The actual formula, materials, packaging, and production requirements are reviewed and agreed before the run.
