Can I split this quantity across flavors?
Yes, the calculator uses the total quantity across SKUs. The first SKU is included and each additional one adds $400. The exact split, material suitability and any separate development or analysis need review.
What if I need packaging too?
Select StickPax-supplied packaging in the full quote. Film and selected retail packaging are allowances with a 10% buffer. For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements.
Is powder analysis included?
It is optional and separately itemized. You must provide the blend or ingredients for the evaluation. It is not automatically included when we source production ingredients or packaging.
Can I use the estimate to start production?
No. It is directional. We review specifications, materials and services before confirming the final quote, approvals and production readiness.
