Production Details
✅ What’s Included in This Service?
Packaging: Your product will be filled into individual stick packs (single-serving packets).
Lead Time: Estimated 4-6 weeks (most of this time is for scheduling)
Tolling Only: You provide all raw materials (powder, flavoring, active ingredients, etc.) and packaging materials (stick packs, film, etc.).
Quality Control: Every batch undergoes internal weight checks and visual inspections to ensure consistency.
📦 What You Need to Provide
To proceed with production, you’ll need to supply:
Your Powder Formula – Can be pre-mixed or unblended.
Stick Pack Film or Preformed Stick Packs – Must be compatible with our equipment (we’ll provide specs upon request).
Labeling and Compliance – You are responsible for your product's labeling and regulatory compliance.
Any Unique Handling Instructions – Let us know in advance if your product requires special processing.
🕒 Lead Time & Production Scheduling
Estimated Lead Time: 4-6 weeks from the time we receive all materials at our facility.
Actual Production Time: Once scheduled, production can be as little as 3 hours depending on size of run.
Why 4-6 Weeks?
Most of this time is allocated to scheduling and material intake.
Once production begins, it’s a fast process, but we operate on a scheduled queue.
We will provide updates on scheduling and expected production dates.

Q: What if I need a different batch size?
A: We offer various production sizes. If you need a larger run, contact us for a custom quote.
Q: Do you provide formulation services?
A: No, this is a tolling-only service. You must provide a ready-to-pack formula.
Q: Can you source my packaging materials for me?
A: We don’t source packaging directly, but we can refer you to trusted suppliers.
Q: What happens if my materials arrive late?
A: Your production slot is not secured until we receive all required materials. Delays in receiving your materials may push back your production date.
Q: What kind of quality checks do you perform?
A: We perform weight verification and visual inspections on every batch. If you require third-party testing, we can facilitate that for an additional fee.
Q: How does shipping work after production?
A: You can either arrange pickup or use your own freight account, or we can help coordinate shipping for you. Shipping costs are not included in the tolling price.

Step 2: We’ll schedule a call within 24 hours to confirm your project details.
Step 3: After confirmation, we’ll send an invoice for 50% upfront payment.
Step 4: The remaining 50% is due upon shipment of your completed product.
Step 5: Production is scheduled and completed per the agreed timeline.
No charges occur until after we finalize your project details on a call.
Our pricing is subject to change but will not exceed the price shown on this page. Factors that can lead to a price change are:

Lastly, after checking out, you will not be charged a penny!
We can't charge until we know for sure that we are the right fight for your toll manufacturing needs. Our checkout process simply adds you to our queue and we will follow up with a phone call within 24 hours.
Once we align and you feel we can handle your manufacturing needs, we will then invoice you for 50% of the order, due at the time of invoicing. The remaining 50% will be invoiced once the order is complete and ready for shipping. Payment is due prior to shipping.
