Yes, we can review a customer-supplied finished blend for stick filling and agreed retail packout. Share the available powder and formula specifications, complete fill weight, packaging plan, and required documents. Confirm material and receiving requirements before shipping anything.

This service covers dry-powder products in stick packs. Capsules, tablets, gummies, and liquid filling are outside its scope. Each powder, ingredient specification, and packaging combination still needs review before the manufacturing run is confirmed.

Yes. Custom formulation is $3,500 per formula/flavor for one agreed scope, payable 100% upfront after scope confirmation and before development begins. It includes bench development and feasibility work, physical taste samples, up to six sample-and-feedback rounds within scope, and the completed formula with supporting bench documentation. Production ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing are separate costs.

Generally 6–8 weeks for the full formulation process once payment, the brief, and required materials are ready. Complex blends, material availability, and customer feedback can extend the timeline. This is a development estimate, not a production lead-time promise.

With ordinary custom formulation, you own the completed formula, including its flavor system, and may manufacture elsewhere. Third-party ingredient technology rights are separate. Additional formulas, flavors, and changes outside the agreed development brief are separately scoped.

Online manufacturing estimates start at 7,500 total sticks. Smaller runs can be reviewed through a custom quote. Per-flavor quantities, film requirements, and material purchasing minimums need to be confirmed for the actual project.

Use the complete powder weight per stick, including flavors, sweeteners, carriers, and all other components. The online range is 1–12 g. The default 8 g is a pricing reference, not a recommended serving or dose. Request a custom review for other fills.

Yes. Quantity means total individual sticks across the order. Each manufacturing SKU/flavor after the first adds $400 in the full quote. Share the quantity, complete recipe, fill weight, and packaging for each version. The $400 fee does not include developing another formula or flavor.

For runs below 25,000 total sticks, you supply all production ingredients and the complete flavor system. At 25,000+ total sticks across all SKUs / flavors, ingredient sourcing is available by separate quote, subject to formula review and supplier requirements. Packaging sourcing remains available for smaller runs. Ingredient pricing depends on the complete formula, specifications, purchasing requirements, and availability. Stick film and retail packaging are separate from tolling labor. Confirm stick dimensions and film requirements before ordering printed materials.

Custom formulation includes physical taste samples and up to six feedback rounds within scope. Optional powder analysis evaluates a supplied blend and includes blank-stick samples using materials you provide. It is separate from formulation and is not automatically included when StickPax sources production ingredients or packaging.

No. Powder analysis and blank-stick samples are separate from laboratory panels and stability studies. Tell us the tests, documents, storage requirements, or certifications your project needs so the appropriate scope and availability can be reviewed. Do not assume these are part of the tolling estimate.

No. A manufacturing estimate prices the stated scope. Ingredient suitability, labeling, testing, and product claims require their own review. Share relevant requirements early; a packaging format or manufacturing estimate does not establish product performance or shelf life.

Tolling labor for blending, filling, sealing, and agreed retail packout, starting with one formula/flavor and customer-supplied ingredients and packaging. Materials, additional SKUs, development, optional analysis, and separately scoped testing or regulatory work are additional. Freight and taxes are outside the tolling estimate.
